As part of a broader area redevelopment transforming an industrial district into a diverse neighbourhood with around 8,500 homes, MARK offers communal spaces such as an atrium and a spacious rooftop terrace to foster a live-work-meet environment. Emphasizing sustainability, the development is energy-efficient, harnessing solar power, a living green roof, and a connection to a sustainable district heating system.
