Den Haag De Zeven Provinciën

Part of the Bouwinvest Office Fund, De Zeven Provinciën is a municipal monument at Lange Voorhout 3 in the heart of The Hague. Originally constructed in the 1950s for the De Zeven Provinciën insurance company, the building was designed by Frits A. Eschauzier and completed by his son after Eschauzier’s passing. Its distinctive features include a copper-clad dormer and chimneys, as well as a bronze model of the 17th-century warship “De Zeven Provinciën” above the façade. With 5,232 m² of office space and an underground garage for 31 cars, the property has undergone several renovations—most recently in 2012—to modernize its interior while preserving its historic character. Today, De Zeven Provinciën stands as a striking landmark that seamlessly combines heritage architecture with a future-proof office concept, aligning with the Office Fund’s commitment to high-quality investments in prime urban locations.
