Terra Nova, which is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028, is centrally located with excellent accessibility by public transport and by car. The project is within walking distance of Zoetermeer city centre, along with various supermarkets and schools. A local shopping centre, a primary school and the city centre are less than a 10-minute walk away.
The project is being developed in accordance with the latest sustainability and energy requirements, ensuring that the homes are in line with the Residential Fund’s ESG ambitions. The development complies with CRREM standards and will achieve a GPR score of at least 7.5.
Paul van Stiphout, Fund Manager Dutch Residential Investments: “With the acquisition of Terra Nova, we are investing in a strong and sustainable project in an urban location in the Holland Metropole region. This is fully in line with the Residential Fund’s strategy, with solid long-term returns and a clear impetus towards the rejuvenation and improved sustainability of our portfolio. This is how we will continue to build a fund that creates value for our investors and for the built environment.”
Johan Hofmans, Commercial Director Ten Brinke Netherlands: “With the Terra Nova project, we are demonstrating how vacant office properties can be transformed into sustainable, future-proof homes in an excellent urban location. We are proud of our collaboration with Bouwinvest and of the contribution this project makes to the Entree area development and to the housing stock in Zoetermeer.”
