Bouwinvest Healthcare Fund sells Veenstaete in Kortenhoef and Ambachtsmarkt in Almere

Canvas Ontwikkeling, Klaeser Capital and Deltabrug have acquired the residential care projects Veenstaete in Kortenhoef and Ambachtsmarkt in Almere from the Bouwinvest Healthcare Fund through a partnership. The transaction comprises a total of 171 homes and eight commercial units with a combined gross floor area of approximately 16,000 m².
The relatively young complexes, built in 2012 and 2014, are strategically located within the Randstad in a green environment. Both properties primarily consist of A+ rated homes and will be further upgraded in terms of sustainability where necessary by the parties involved.
