Bouwinvest Dutch Retail Fund sells two retail properties in Utrecht

The Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Retail Fund has sold the retail properties at Steenweg 41–43 in Utrecht to Caron Realestate & Management B.V. The properties are located in the city centre of Utrecht, one of the most attractive shopping cities in the Netherlands.
The property at Steenweg 41 comprises three floors and has a total lettable floor area of approximately 215 m2. The property is currently let on a temporary basis. Steenweg 43 also consists of three floors. The ground floor of approximately 114 m2 and the detached storage unit at the rear are let. Steenweg combines historic character with a strong position within Utrecht and is attractive to both established brands and emerging retailers.
