Bouwinvest appoints Nicky van Ast as Director Client Services

Bouwinvest has appointed Nicky van Ast as Client Services Director, effective November 10. In this role, Nicky will be responsible for client services and will act as the primary contact person for investors in Bouwinvest’s funds, mandates and partnerships.
Nicky has more than 13 years of experience as a relationship manager at Sweco Capital Consultants and a.s.r. real assets investment partners. At these firms, she advised clients on their portfolio management strategy and acted as the first point of contact, with responsibility for the quality of services provided to these clients.
Nicky’s appointment as Client Services Director is therefore fully in line with Bouwinvest’s growth strategy: to double assets under management to € 25-€ 30 billion in five years. Financial and sustainable outperformance, excellent risk management, and strong client services will be essential to achieving this ambition.
