Bouwinvest appoints Jasper Petit as Managing Director International Investments

As of 1 January 2026, Jasper Petit will join Bouwinvest as Managing Director International Investments. In this role, Jasper will be responsible for leading the International Investments Business Unit and for the investment strategy and performance of the international real estate mandates (Europe, Asia/Pacific, and North America) with total entrusted capital of €6.7 billion (HY 2025), which Bouwinvest manages on behalf of bpfBOUW. Jasper will also serve on Bouwinvest’s Investment Committee and Management Team.
Jasper brings more than 20 years of experience in international real estate investments. He joins from Clarion Partners Europe, where he served as Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to that, he worked at Bouwinvest for over ten years, including as Director European Investments within the international division.
